With experience in building and leading cross-functional teams to bring new services to market, Steve combines diverse functional experience with a hunger to improve consumer and business outcomes.
Steve has an earned reputation as a strategic and transformative leader with a diverse and progressive career background spanning digital platforms, SaaS, fintech, financial advice, sales and corporate strategy.
Prior to joining Midwinter in May 2021, Steve held senior roles at Better Trade Off, a Singapore based Fintech developing digital financial planning services, as well as AMP and AXA’s Wealth Management, Transformation and Advice divisions.
